About The Position

FLORA is building the first creative operating system: an infinite canvas designed for the generative computing paradigm. We’re a team of ~45 focused on elevating professional craft, backed by tier-one investors including Redpoint, Menlo Ventures, and a16z, as well as founders like Guillermo Rauch and Justin Kan. Our platform is already the choice of world-class creative powerhouses like Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike. Most growth roles ask you to inherit, and then optimize a machine someone else built, and then rinse, repeat. Not this role. We’re looking for someone to build the machine, drive it, and reinvent the whole thing whenever it’s needed. FLORA is at an inflection point: incredible product-market fit, viral traction, and a massive opportunity in front of us. In other words, we're handing you the perfect foundation to build on. As FLORA's only Growth Marketer, you'll move comfortably between smart experimentation and high-quality execution, and will be the primary architect of our acquisition and activation programs that will define our next chapter. That means going beyond the traditional playbook and leveraging channels + tactics that most marketing teams haven't figured out yet. Notably, this role is as big as your ambition and ideas are. This role is high agency, high visibility, and deeply collaborative across Marketing, Product, and Sales, and reports directly into the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate is independent and fearless in their approach while also being an expert communicator and “get in the boat and row” teammate.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a growth or performance marketing-related role
  • Comfort in building growth campaigns end-to-end with some or limited design support
  • Strong, balanced creative and conversion instincts
  • Technically proficient on the basics (CMS, HTML, etc)
  • Analytical skills that pair observation with action

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with self-serve motions and metrics
  • Passion for or experience in creative tooling

Responsibilities

  • Drive smart paid acquisition efforts as a complement to organic growth programs.
  • Own channel strategy and execution for our self-serve business, including planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Run structured, scrappy experiments across content and channels, tracking CAC, CPA, and activation rates to know when to scale and when to kill.
  • Work closely with Product to optimize our website, landing pages, and core conversion flows
  • Lead AEO/GEO and SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, on-page optimization, programmatic pages, and content planning.
  • Work closely with Product to run lifecycle email campaigns focused primarily on driving sign-ups and activation.
