About The Position

As a Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own user acquisition end-to-end and unlock new channels. You'll be the person who strategizes where our next 10k traders come from — and execute the experiments to prove it. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll start as a hands-on operator running campaigns and growth experiments alongside our Head of Marketing, creative, social, and BD team. As channels and tactics are validated, you'll contribute to building out the team that scales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in growth/performance marketing, ideally in crypto, consumer fintech, or a trading platform.
  • Zero-to-one operator. You've built a growth function from nothing — picked the channels, set up the tools, run the experiments, and have the receipts to prove the numbers moved.
  • High agency, full ownership. You don't wait for direction or the perfect brief. You identify opportunities and get excited running the experiments yourself.
  • Quantitative and analytical. Comfortable in GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel and attribution tools.
  • Writes well. Ad copy, landing pages, creator briefs, email — you can produce it without waiting on a copywriter.
  • Operator and executor. Can execute yourself and grow a team over time.
  • Crypto-native or a trader. You either trade on traditional brokerages and platforms, or understand crypto-native culture and are excited to get hands-on in the perp DEX and onchain trading landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience growing a product in regulated or semi-regulated environments where paid channels are constrained (iGaming, crypto, CFDs).
  • Affiliate and IB (introducing broker) program experience.
  • Have run successful neodistribution tactics such as clipping, TikTok, or YouTube creator programs at scale.
  • Hands-on with attribution and AI tooling for marketing and growth.
  • You are an active trader yourself.
  • Dream profile: you've grown a CFD, brokerage, or retail trading platform (e.g. IBKR, eToro, Plus500, Robinhood, Revolut, Webull, Trading212, XTB, IG, Capital.com, Public, OANDA, Pepperstone). You know how traders are acquired and what makes them deposit.

Responsibilities

  • Net new user acquisition. You're accountable for the top of the funnel: traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first trades.
  • Channel discovery and arbitrage. Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels we aren't running today — SEO, lifecycle/email, paid social, TikTok, YouTube creators and finance influencers, Reddit, Telegram communities, podcast sponsorships, referral and affiliate programs, retargeting, regional channels in LATAM/SEA/MENA, and whatever asymmetric tactic you spot before anyone else does.
  • Influencer and creator strategy. Build a CFD/trader-focused creator program — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, measuring. Find the YouTube, TikTok, and IG creators whose audiences look like our next cohort.
  • SEO and content. Stand up the SEO motion from scratch: keyword strategy, programmatic pages, comparison and "vs" content, education hubs, and link-building. Partner with content writers and engineers to ship.
  • Lifecycle and email. Own the email/push/in-app journey from waitlist to first deposit to retention — segmentation, triggers, win-back, deposit flows.
  • Paid acquisition. Stand up paid channels where regulation and CAC allow — programmatic, paid social, search, native — and kill what doesn't work fast.
  • Funnel and analytics. Define the metrics, build the dashboards, and run a relentless experimentation cadence: CAC by channel, funded conversion rate, LTV, payback period.
