About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Growth Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing strategies and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The Growth Marketing Coordinator will execute and optimize marketing campaigns, drive lead generation and user acquisition, and support tradeshow marketing efforts to enhance audience engagement across the business.

Requirements

2-4 years of proven experience in growth marketing, field marketing, tradeshows, lead generation, digital marketing or a related role.
BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Positive, motivated, detail-oriented personality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects at a time

Nice To Haves

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Knowledge in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaign manager preferred but not required.
Experience coordinating logistics for tradeshows and external events preferred.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and growth.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies that support multiple areas of the business, including both inbound business leads and job applicant/candidate lead flow.
Implement and manage nurture workflows to move leads through the funnel, whether prospective clients, candidates, or applicants.
Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance data to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing team and cross-functional teams to create compelling audience personas and messaging to support channel campaigns targeting multiple audiences.
Manage and optimize paid media channels on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.
Own planning, logistics, and execution for tradeshows and conferences across divisions, including but not limited to booth coordination, materials, shipping/setup, and staffing.
Serve as the on-site point of contact at tradeshows, representing ALKU and managing vendor/venue relationships.
Track and report on event ROI (leads generated, pipeline influence, cost per lead) and recommend which events to prioritize going forward.
Maintain up to date knowledge of our target audiences, services, and competitive landscape to effectively position ALKU in the market.
Travel required to support tradeshows and events (frequency TBD based on event calendar).
Maintain, update, and support creation of all Marketing materials to ensure sales and recruiting teams have access to the latest approved materials
Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to align on marketing material messaging updates and new launches, while tracking usage/feedback and conducting recurring audits to identify gaps
Other ad-hoc requests as needed.
