About The Position

Vivant is a managed network services company focused on eliminating internet, phone, and WiFi outages for their clients. The company is experiencing significant growth and is building a marketing engine to support this expansion. This is a new role with no existing playbook, offering the opportunity to build marketing initiatives from the ground up. The Head of Demand Generation will set the strategy, and the Growth Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing it. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive and can independently figure out how to execute campaign plans.

Requirements

  • Experience executing B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish with measurable results.
  • Experience building automated workflows and sequences tailored to audience interest and engagement.
  • Strong copywriting skills, including writing cold email subject lines and LinkedIn posts that generate engagement and drive MQLs.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage personal deadlines, and task lists without constant follow-up.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Basic graphic design skills to create clean, on-brand marketing materials.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to execute without constant direction.
  • Ability to show specific metrics from campaigns run.

Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns and sequences, tracking key metrics.
  • Own the publishing calendar for social media, email, and the website.
  • Build and test landing pages and lead magnets, tracking and improving conversion rates.
  • Manage consistent social media posting (LinkedIn, X, Meta) tied to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeting.
  • Maintain a weekly KPI dashboard for campaign performance tracking.
  • Handle logistics, materials, and follow-up sequences for events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Identify candidates for customer case studies, coordinate interviews, and produce written and video assets for public release.
  • Perform website updates, including content updates, landing page creation, and SEO.
  • Create graphic design assets for social media, ads, one-pagers, and email using tools like Canva.
