SubQ is hiring a Growth & GTM Manager to help scale awareness, acquisition, activation, and conversion across the full funnel. This is a highly executional and analytical role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and loves experimentation. You’ll own and execute growth initiatives across paid acquisition, landing pages, lifecycle marketing, GTM campaigns, and funnel optimization. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, design, and engineering to launch campaigns, test new ideas quickly, optimize conversion paths, and help shape how SubQ goes to market. This role is ideal for a builder who is both creative and technical — someone who can move fast, wear multiple hats, and use data to drive decisions.
