About The Position

SubQ is hiring a Growth & GTM Manager to help scale awareness, acquisition, activation, and conversion across the full funnel. This is a highly executional and analytical role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and loves experimentation. You’ll own and execute growth initiatives across paid acquisition, landing pages, lifecycle marketing, GTM campaigns, and funnel optimization. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, design, and engineering to launch campaigns, test new ideas quickly, optimize conversion paths, and help shape how SubQ goes to market. This role is ideal for a builder who is both creative and technical — someone who can move fast, wear multiple hats, and use data to drive decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or GTM roles at a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth strategy and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing landing pages, paid campaigns, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign and funnel performance
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with modern marketing and analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Own Growth & Funnel Optimization: Drive user acquisition and conversion across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth channels. Continuously test and optimize messaging, landing pages, CTAs, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels.
  • Execute GTM Campaigns: Support product launches and GTM initiatives from strategy through execution. Coordinate campaigns across web, email, paid, content, and social channels to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Lifecycle & Email Marketing: Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, nurture, activation, and re-engagement campaigns. Manage segmentation, automation, and performance tracking across email workflows.
  • Landing Pages & Conversion: Own landing page strategy and execution, including testing, messaging, UX recommendations, and conversion optimization. Partner with design and engineering to quickly launch and iterate on experiments.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels including Google, LinkedIn, X, Meta, and other emerging platforms. Monitor CAC, conversion rates, attribution, and ROI to improve campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Track and analyze key funnel metrics and growth KPIs. Build reporting dashboards, identify opportunities, and run structured A/B tests to improve acquisition and activation performance.
  • Marketing Operations & Tooling: Help build and maintain the marketing tech stack and operational processes needed to scale growth efficiently. Work across tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, PostHog, Customer.io, Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms.
