About The Position

We’ve built a working product that connects multiple public data sources (real estate, fire risk, demographics, weather, etc.) into one intelligence layer. It answers complex, cross-domain questions and can be found across multiple industries — from real estate to insurance to government. The product works. Now we need to turn it into revenue. This role owns the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution from the ground up, with full ownership of turning the product into revenue. The initial focus will be on identifying high-value market segments, conducting outbound sales efforts, closing the first deals, shaping product positioning and pricing, and channeling market feedback directly into product development. This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-paced team, requiring direct engagement with customers and engineering.

Requirements

  • Worked in early-stage startups or built something yourself
  • Sold complex / technical products (data, AI, infra)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and zero structure
  • Ability to go from 'no market defined' to 'first revenue'
  • Use AI tools to move faster in your workflow
  • Full-time commitment required
  • EU-friendly timezone (core hours overlap expected)

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value market segments ('gold markets')
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts to reach decision-makers
  • Run product demonstrations
  • Close the first deals
  • Shape product positioning and pricing
  • Bring market feedback directly into product development
  • Test several B2B segments (real estate, insurance, data platforms, etc.)
  • Define how this product should be sold
  • Work directly with engineering to unblock deals
  • Build everything yourself as there is no marketing department
