Requirements
- Proven business development experience.
- Holistic branding expertise.
- Financial acumen to manage complex pitches and negotiations.
- Sophisticated leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to engage C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
- Crafting compelling proposals, pitch presentations, microsites, and bespoke digital and analog outreach strategies to engage and convert prospective clients.
- Collaborating with the Executive Growth Director to strategically respond to inbound RFPs.
- Originating new business through targeted outbound marketing.
- Leading the development and articulation of all proposals.
- Soliciting and synthesizing diverse input from key stakeholders across client services, culture, verbal, design, and leadership.
- Orchestrating complex initiatives through robust project management.
