About The Position

BCG X is seeking Growth Architects to incubate growth thinking into ventures from ideation to customer adoption. This role involves evolving growth marketing best practices, inventing new strategies for venture validation, launch, and scaling, and designing/deploying AI-powered workflows. • An AI-forward mindset, with hands-on proficiency using AI tools to build proof-of-concepts for real marketing use cases
  • Super-user fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement, and content
  • A working understanding of core marketing processes end-to-end, with the instinct to redesign them around agentic workflows
  • Experience configuring advanced automation and agentic marketing platforms (e.g., n8n, SuperAGI, Agentforce, or Netcore)
  • Hands-on experience with modern agentic analytics and semantic-layer grounded tools (e.g., Mitzu, Ask Amplitude, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot) rather than legacy event-tracking tools
  • Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how to securely expose APIs and databases to LLMs
  • Hands-on experience with paid media tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
  • A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings
  • A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help shape our growth initiatives and company
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend, and act
  • Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience with consumer-facing digital products and services
  • Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
  • A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption
  • Familiarity with techniques such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), SEM, DSPs, programmatic display, and a2a interactions
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Previous experience at a professional consulting company highly desired
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Any degree programs (including part-time) must be completed before starting at BCG.

Responsibilities

  • Build lightweight agentic proof-of-concepts for media, measurement, and content use cases using tools like Claude, leveraging Claude Skills to execute complex tasks
  • Orchestrate agent-to-agent (a2a) marketing campaigns where autonomous AI agents collaborate to optimize media spend and content generation
  • Deploy the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to seamlessly connect marketing agents with live enterprise data sources
  • Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for one of our digital businesses
  • Provide input into multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs
  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests
  • Work with the growth team to implement market viability tests
  • Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use
  • Convert insights into action, see the customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
  • Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost-per metrics, retention, ROI, and LTV to drive the business
  • Be agile and iterative, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
