(Senior) AI Factory Product Builder, United States - BCG X

Boston Consulting GroupWashington, DC
$99,000 - $123,800Onsite

About The Position

The AI Factory Product Builder role sits within BCG’s centralized AI Factory and focuses on building AI-enabled products, tools, and delivery assets that scale across the firm. These assets are designed to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and evolve how BCG teams work and support our clients. AI Product Builders work closely with front-line consultants, offer teams, and product leadership to identify repeatable challenges and opportunities across BCG’s ways of working. They then design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions—agents, services, and workflows—that can be adopted broadly across practices, regions, and client contexts. This role blends product thinking, applied AI, and hands-on execution. Success is measured by shipped assets, adoption by consulting teams, and tangible impact on delivery speed and quality. The AI Factory Product Builder will leverage exposure to real client workflows to break apart processes, identify leverage points, and rapidly develop and deploy AI solutions (including agents built using Claude Code and other leading AI tools) that accelerate delivery, improve quality, and unlock new ways of working. This role will help turn successful solutions into reusable assets, patterns, and accelerators that scale across similar engagements and portfolios. All of this is done in service of BCG’s One BCG mindset - bridging consulting judgment, technical execution, and long-term capability building.
