About The Position

The Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating group business and maximizing revenue through proactive sales, account development, and strong client relationships for our luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property. This role will actively prospect for new business, develop and maintain key accounts, respond to group inquiries and RFPs, conduct site tours, prepare proposals and contracts, negotiate rates and terms, and convert qualified opportunities into definite business. The Group Sales Manager will manage assigned market segments and maintain an active sales pipeline while identifying opportunities to increase group room nights, occupancy, revenue, and overall account production. This position will also maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat and referral business. The Group Sales Manager will work closely with Conference Services, Catering Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and hotel leadership to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process through group arrival and execution. We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who can build relationships, uncover new opportunities, and confidently represent our hotel in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel group sales or hospitality sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, account development, negotiation, and closing business.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a luxury, upscale, or full-service hotel.
  • Previous Hilton experience, particularly with Curio Collection or another Hilton soft brand.
