Adyen•Chicago, IL
•Onsite

About The Position

Adyen is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Revenue Platform product managers and own the group’s strategy and results. Revenue Platform supports Adyen’s transparent, flexible pricing by turning payments and products into correct, explainable, compliant invoices and providing commercial teams with tools to price without bespoke engineering. The platform also helps Finance and customers understand costs and margins. The role will set the direction for how Adyen monetizes its products, building on an event-based foundation. It will define which platform capabilities to build, retire, or exclude, and shape reusable services that product teams can adopt without workarounds. The Group Product Manager will enable commercial teams to structure a wide range of pricing arrangements, extend the platform to show costs and margins, and partner with Tax, Legal, and Finance to automate and audit obligations across markets. The role also involves hiring, coaching, and developing product managers, and aligning Engineering, Finance, Commercial, and dependent product teams without direct authority. The posting states that the position is based in the Chicago office and that Adyen expects employees to work in the office at least three days a week on average. The posting also contains an inconsistent reference to a San Francisco office.
