About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Group Leader to join their team at nVent Hoffman in Anoka, MN. This role is a front-line supervisor responsible for leading a critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. The Group Leader will manage the safety, quality, and delivery of task work, working alongside the team to identify improvements for efficiency and speed. The position requires an authentic approach, skilled communication, and the ability to embrace the team and client needs to deliver timely solutions.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent team builder and visionary leader
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired
