About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Group Leader to join their team. This role is a front-line supervisor responsible for leading a critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. The Group Leader will manage safety, quality, and delivery of task work, working alongside the team to identify improvements for efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate is authentic, a skilled communicator, and focused on delivering results by collaborating with the team and providing timely solutions.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent team builder and visionary leader
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired
