As a Group Leader, you will serve as a front-line supervisor, leading the critical process cleaning team within a manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include managing the safety, quality, and delivery of task work, actively identifying methods to enhance work safety, ease, and speed, and collaborating with the team to deliver effective solutions for both employees and clients.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• At least (1) one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision
