About The Position

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Group Leader for the 2026-2027 School Year at Eyestone Elementary in Wellington, Colorado. This part-time role offers a work-life balance with no weekends, focusing on leading before- and after-school programs designed to inspire and engage students. The ideal candidate is an early learning professional who enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment, takes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience, takes child safety seriously, and is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
Must be 16+ years of age for Group Lead Assistant/18+ years of age for Group Leader.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)

Nice To Haves

Additional education preferred
Preferred to have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
