About The Position

AlphaBEST Education Site Director I - Before & After School Program. AlphaBEST believes in the power of wonder to connect students to a world of endless possibilities. We're looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team! This role involves leading a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! You will work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site. You will train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school are fostered at your program site.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (CBR #)
• Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standards
