About The Position

This role is critical to the organization’s efforts to expand access to services and develop effective supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Group Home Manager facilitates implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participates in administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The role supervises Caregivers while also directly supporting individuals with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care. Duties are divided among direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. The manager facilitates community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of related work experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
Valid driver's license with at least one year of history and no restrictions.
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
