About The Position

The Group Home Manager, also identified in the posting as Program Supervisor, facilitates implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and completes administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The role supervises a team of Caregivers who support individuals receiving services.

The position also provides direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Duties are divided among direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. The manager facilitates community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Valid driver's license with one year of history and no restrictions.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
