About The Position

As a Group Home Caregiver at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in taking part in their community and enjoying their favorite activities, as well as working toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Sevita describes the work as a chance to take initiative and make a meaningful difference, with support from leaders and supervisors. The listed schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., and every other weekend from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The wage is $18 per hour. Pay on Demand is available. Requirements

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
