About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor for a new gym opening. EōS Fitness is a bold, upbeat, and motivating company with a core purpose to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and 'wowing' members in every class, creating a sense of community with fun, results-focused group workouts where everyone feels successful. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, the ability to answer participant questions and concerns, solicit feedback, and maintain a consistent class schedule. The instructor will also promote the gym and Group Fitness classes, contributing to the community one burpee at a time.

Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
Valid CPR/AED Certification.

Responsibilities

Engage and 'wow' members in every class.
Create a sense of community with fun, results-focused group workouts.
Ensure everyone feels successful in class.
Answer questions and concerns of participants.
Solicit feedback about the class.
Maintain dependability and consistency in class schedule starting and ending times.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members.
Promote the gym and Group Fitness classes.
Ensure Group Fitness Studio cleanliness.
Provide customer service.
Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety.
Participate in Continuing Education.
Ensure timeliness.
Achieve member satisfaction.
Manage class size.
Ensure safety and reporting of incidents/injuries.
