About The Position

Magnesium Village, a community on the north side of Spokane managed by Prodigy Property Management, is seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeper. This Monday through Friday role helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The Groundskeeper is responsible for upkeep of the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces and reports directly to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, experienced team and earn maintenance and renewal bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly appearance of common areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
• Care for landscaping, lawns, and outdoor areas by watering, monitoring conditions, and removing snow.
• Ensure walkways remain safe.
• Perform routine cleaning, including dusting, polishing, sweeping, washing windows, and replenishing supplies.
• Replace light bulbs and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Assist with small equipment or tool deliveries as needed.
• Support the maintenance team with special projects.
• Participate in regular meetings and trainings.
