About The Position

Magnesium Village, a community on the north side of Spokane professionally managed by Prodigy Property Management, is seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper helps maintain the clean, safe, and welcoming environment residents expect. Reporting directly to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, this role is responsible for upkeep of the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces. The position is Monday through Friday and offers opportunities to earn maintenance and renewal bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly appearance in common areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
• Care for landscaping, lawns, and outdoor areas by watering, monitoring conditions, removing snow, and keeping walkways safe.
• Perform routine cleaning, including dusting, polishing, sweeping, washing windows, and replenishing supplies.
• Replace light bulbs and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Assist with small equipment or tool deliveries as needed.
• Support the maintenance team with special projects.
• Participate in regular meetings and trainings.
