About The Position
Monroe Group is seeking a Groundskeeper for Fairway Village Apartments in Dallas, Texas. The role helps maintain the property's curb appeal and overall physical condition. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, pays close attention to detail, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about customer service. The position offers an opportunity to learn and potentially advance to a Maintenance Technician role. Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, the Groundskeeper ensures that the community grounds meet established standards for safety and appearance. The schedule is Monday through Friday. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- English language proficiency, including reading, speaking, and writing.
- Ability to pass a full background check.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
Responsibilities
- Work with landscapers to maintain flower beds, plants, and grass.
- Pick up trash.
- Remove snow, as applicable.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
- Complete exterior work orders.
- Assist the maintenance team with make-ready work.
