About The Position
The Groundskeeper / Landscape crew member is responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and other areas as assigned at Villa de Matel. The work requires independent initiative and judgment in determining the operation of equipment and in responding to emergency situations. The role is full-time and requires steady work hours, including during seasonal weather disruptions or rain days.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate a tractor and other lawn care tools.
- Knowledge of plants and maintenance of landscaped areas.
- Texas Driver’s License required.
Nice To Haves
- Two to three years of landscaping experience preferred.
- Landscape certificate or other horticultural education preferred.
