About The Position

The Grocery Stocker provides excellent customer service, develops product knowledge, rotates and merchandises products, and helps control shrink while working safely. The role supports quality assurance, proper product handling, established programs, sales, and day-to-day operations that maintain stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and in the backroom. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. No education or experience is required. Forklift/Power Industrial Truck Training may be required and is provided at store level.

Responsibilities

Deliver superior guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform quality assurance checks of the department.
Handle and rotate products properly.
Promote and support established programs.
Carry out daily operational procedures to maintain stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and in the backroom.
Promote sales.
Follow company programs, policies, and procedures.
Follow safety policies and procedures and serve as a safety role model.
Perform other duties as assigned.
