About The Position

The Grocery Stocker provides excellent customer service, develops product knowledge, rotates and merchandises products, and helps control shrink while working safely. The role supports daily operations on the selling floor and in the backroom, including maintaining stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Forklift or power industrial truck training may be required and is provided at store level. Position requirements may vary by store location.

Requirements

Customer service and communication skills.
Honesty, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask and to work in a fast-paced environment with a high energy level.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers and associates.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
No education or experience is required.

Nice To Haves
