Grocery Merchandiser - Part-time, Nights
About The Position
As a Store Representative, you will help ensure products are stocked, displays are set, and stores are customer-ready. The role involves hands-on merchandising, project execution, and store operations, while working with customers and teammates. Serv-U-Success provides hands-on training and a supportive culture focused on teamwork, quality, and skill development. The listed schedule is 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with weekday and weekend availability required. The position is part-time and pays $17–$19 per hour, with pay based on experience. Travel between assigned locations may be needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, if needed.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
- Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
- Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
- Work with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and team members to complete daily priorities.
- Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
- Follow safety procedures and promptly report hazards.
- Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
