About The Position

As a Store Representative, you help ensure products are stocked, displays are set, and stores are customer-ready. The role involves hands-on merchandising, project execution, and store operations, while building relationships with customers and teammates. The company offers hands-on training, opportunities to build new skills, and a supportive, people-first culture. The position pays $17–$19 per hour, based on experience, and lists a 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. schedule. Weekend and weekday availability is required. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts is also requested. Travel between locations may be needed as scheduled and assigned, within the local pod and wider region. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift; frequently bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing a step ladder; and lifting and carrying products up to 30 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, if needed, in the local pod and wider region.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
Ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
Work with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and team members to complete daily priorities.
Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
Follow safety procedures and promptly report hazards.
Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
