About The Position

The Grocery Merchandiser works hands-on in stores to stock products, maintain displays, and support merchandising projects and store operations. The role helps ensure stores are organized, safe, and ready for customers while providing customer assistance and working with store managers and teammates to complete daily priorities. Hands-on training and opportunities to build new skills are provided in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, within the local pod and wider region if needed.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift; frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, and safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
Collaborate with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and team members to complete daily priorities.
Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
Follow safety procedures and promptly report hazards.
Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
