About The Position

As a Grocery Clerk at Tony's Fresh Market, LLC, you will help provide customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. Grocery Clerks stock products and maintain displays, respond to customer questions, and help keep the department clean and safe. Baler use may be required for team members who are at least 18 years old and have received proper training. The work takes place in a retail store, with noise levels ranging from quiet to loud and temperatures varying from regular store conditions to cooler areas. The role involves regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying, with minimal sitting. The stated hourly pay range is $15.00–$20.10. Requirements

Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Have strong listening and communication skills.
Be able to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using equipment.
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet vendors and build rapport with them.
Maintain a friendly, outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Respond effectively to customer questions.
Stock products and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards.
Perform basic department cleaning and upkeep.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products.
Use a baler when required, provided the employee is at least 18 years old and properly trained.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
