Requirements

Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Have strong listening and communication skills.
Be able to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using equipment.
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to regularly stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.
Be at least 18 years old and properly trained if required to use a baler.

Responsibilities

Greet vendors and build rapport with them.
Maintain a friendly, outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Respond effectively to customer questions.
Stock products and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
Perform basic department cleaning and upkeep.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products.
Use a baler when required, provided the employee is at least 18 and has proper training.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
