About The Position

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to work as Grill Line Cooks. The role includes setting up and breaking down the grill line, preparing and cooking food to order, presenting food, and cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have a working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations. Grill cook experience is a plus. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order according to specifications.
• Follow standard grill line recipes.
• Operate grills and fryers; sauté, broil, and bake according to cooking instructions.
• Set up and break down the food preparation workspace.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Properly store and handle food.
• Follow food service safety and sanitation protocols throughout the kitchen.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
