About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Greeter at its Alamo Rent a Car location at Maui Airport. The position pays $18.56 per hour. The Greeter provides friendly, efficient customer service throughout the rental car process, helps make transactions quick and efficient, and maintains a welcoming environment while following the company’s Quality Standards and responding to customer needs.

The role is scheduled for 40 hours per week between 2:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays. It is described as regular full-time employment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must have no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week between 2:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays, apart from religious observance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proactively with drivers, auto detailers, handheld return agents, and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply.
• Welcome members when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.
• Direct customers to the exit booth, provide local directions and maps, and provide return directions where applicable.
• Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits.
• Communicate customer service issues to management.
• Ensure hang-tag information is completed correctly.
• Thank customers for their business.
• Provide upgraded vehicles upon request.
• Perform other customer service-related duties to meet customer needs.
