About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Greeter at the Alamo Rent A Car location at Maui Airport. The role pays $18.56 per hour. The Greeter provides friendly, efficient service throughout the rental car process, helping make transactions quick and convenient. The position focuses on customer needs and company quality standards while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. The schedule is 40 hours per week between 2:30 p.m. and 11 p.m., including weekends and holidays. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule between 2:30 p.m. and 11 p.m., including weekends and holidays, apart from religious observation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate proactively with drivers, auto detailers, handheld return agents, and managers to ensure appropriate vehicle supply.
Welcome members arriving by bus or onto the lot.
Direct customers to the exit booth, provide local directions and maps, and provide return directions where applicable.
Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits.
Communicate customer service issues to management.
Ensure hang-tag information is completed correctly.
Thank customers for their business.
Provide upgraded vehicles upon request.
Perform other customer service-related duties to meet customer needs.
