About The Position

Working alongside the Transportation team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, the Part-Time Airport Greeter provides personalized, professional, and anticipatory service to hotel guests traveling to and from designated airports. The role supports a seamless guest journey between the airport, transportation, and hotel. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. The hourly rate is $24.72.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 30 pounds, and to push, pull, and maneuver luggage as needed.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, airport guest services, transportation, or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Additional language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests at the airport and provide personalized assistance throughout their travel experience.
• Assist with baggage handling and transportation coordination, and support seamless transitions between the airport, vehicle, and hotel.
• Communicate guest arrival and departure status, special requests, and service updates to hotel teams and transportation partners.
• Coordinate with airport, airline, transportation, and hotel personnel to ensure an efficient and exceptional guest journey.
