About The Position
Norm Reeves Dealerships is seeking a Greeter to welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate dealership department. As the first point of contact, the Greeter provides a warm welcome and helps customers find the right department efficiently. This is a full-time, onsite position in Irvine, California, scheduled Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with compensation of $18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Be able to stand for long periods while assisting customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Direct customers to the correct dealership and specific departments, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
- Answer basic customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
