About The Position

The Greeter/Cashier welcomes guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and helps create a positive, inviting atmosphere. The role provides customer service, responds to inquiries, assists guests with their needs, and handles cash transactions accurately and in accordance with company procedures. The Greeter/Cashier maintains a clean, organized cashier station and lobby, works with other departments to support smooth guest experiences, and recommends nearby attractions, dining options, and activities. The position also involves proactively addressing guest concerns and upholding hotel brand standards while contributing to a positive team culture.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
High energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
