About The Position

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort is a beachfront resort in Kauai, Hawaii. The Greeter/Cashier welcomes guests, helps create a positive first impression, assists with guest inquiries, and handles cashiering duties to support a smooth guest experience. Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and create a positive, inviting atmosphere.
Provide customer service, answer inquiries, and assist guests with their needs.
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow company procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby.
Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
Recommend nearby attractions, dining options, and activities.
Proactively address guest issues or concerns.
