About The Position

The Greenhouse Associate works in the Production department, completing a variety of production tasks on the production line under the direct supervision of a manager and/or Crew Leader. The role is primarily outdoors, though work may take place between locations or in an indoor office environment for administrative duties. Employees must follow safety procedures, meet quality and productivity standards, and perform assigned tasks to company standards.

• Ability to operate machinery necessary within the department and across the facility, including driving a scooter.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, reach, and twist regularly for extended periods.
