Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design for performance marketing
• Skilled in After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
• Understand what makes Meta ads perform
• Strong visual storyteller with great pacing and attention to detail
• Curious and open to AI applications in creative work
• Work independently and take ownership of your projects
• Communicate clearly in English

Responsibilities

• Design static graphics and video ad creatives for Meta and other platforms
• Edit short-form videos, including hooks, cutdowns, and campaign highlights
• Add motion graphics and light animations to boost engagement
• Collaborate closely with the product lead, head of creative, and marketing team
• Contribute ideas for new visual concepts and campaign strategies
• Explore how AI tools can optimize creative processes and enhance production
• Stay ahead of design, wellness, and platform trends
• Manage projects with high quality and fast turnarounds
