About The Position

The Creative Designer (Graphic & Video) is a craft-focused role within the Creative Studio, responsible for producing high-quality visual and motion-based assets across digital channels. This role brings ideas to life through strong design, animation, and video editing capabilities—supporting marketing campaigns, social media content, and advertising initiatives. Working closely with Creative Managers, Designers, Writers, and Marketing partners, this role executes against creative briefs with precision and creativity, ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and performance needs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, video editing, or a related creative role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video/motion work (social-first work preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools
  • Solid understanding of digital and social media formats, trends, and best practices
  • Strong visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid social or digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with motion design systems or templated content production
  • Experience working in an in-house studio or agency environment
  • Knowledge of tools such as Figma or collaborative creative platforms
  • Proficiency with professional digital SLR video camera and related sound equipment

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including static graphics, motion design, and short-form video content
  • Edit and assemble video content optimized for social media, digital advertising, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs that align with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Apply strong typography, layout, motion, and storytelling principles to elevate creative output
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and transitions that enhance storytelling and engagement
  • Optimize creative for various formats (e.g., vertical video, short-form social, display ads)
  • Ensure consistency in pacing, tone, and visual style across all video deliverables
  • Execute work within established creative workflows, timelines, and production schedules
  • Collaborate with Creative Managers, Writers, and Designers to deliver cohesive campaign assets
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and creative leadership to refine and improve outputs
  • Contribute to multiple projects with established deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Maintain attention to detail across all deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Stay aligned with evolving brand standards, tools, and production processes
