About The Position

RYZE is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join their Brand Creative team. This role will collaborate across Brand Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and Production to bring the company's visual identity and design to life across various touchpoints. The ideal candidate can seamlessly transition between technical production tasks, such as preparing print-ready packaging artwork, and broader creative responsibilities like developing marketing assets and brand presentations. A strong understanding of design systems, technical precision, visual storytelling, and brand impact is essential. The role also embraces the use of AI-assisted creative tools to enhance efficiency and creative output. RYZE is a fully remote, global company focused on superfoods for daily health and wellness.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing for print production: die-lines, print processes, and production-ready file setup.
  • Proven ability to design across formats: packaging, marketing decks, brand collateral, and digital assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Slack, Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), and Microsoft Office for cross-functional team reviews, approvals, and communication.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and image-generation tools (NanoBanana, Firefly, etc.).
  • A genuine creative eye for modern design trends, visual storytelling, and brand impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a near-obsessive approach to file organization.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who keeps the right people informed without being asked.

  • Experience working with CPG brands.
  • Understanding of CPG packaging requirements and shelf presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare print-ready packaging artwork files in Adobe Illustrator, including die-lines, production specifications, and finishing layers (varnish, spot UV, emboss/deboss, foil).
  • Support packaging updates, revisions, and versioning across SKUs, ensuring files are accurate, clean, and current.
  • Create and retouch photo-realistic imagery using various creative tools, including Photoshop and gen-AI tools.
  • Develop marketing assets, pitch decks, comps, presentation visuals, and other creative materials.
  • Ensure decks have a cohesive appearance, perfecting details like alignment of copy sections, and adapting/implementing existing brand assets.
  • Design and refresh brand materials such as inserts and pamphlets while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Help craft, execute, and enforce the brand visual identity across multiple assets and platforms, including printed materials and digital assets.
  • Contribute creative concepts for design exploration: mockups, graphics, layout directions, and concepts.
  • Collaborate across Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, Production, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
  • Utilize AI creative tools (NanoBanana, Firefly, and similar) to accelerate concepting and creative development.
  • Maintain organized, well-structured working files that are easily navigable by team members.
  • Stay current on design and packaging trends and bring fresh visual references, inspiration, and perspective to the creative conversation.
