About The Position

The Graphic Designer – Brand Creative is a creative contributor responsible for developing and executing visual assets across all Call It Spring consumer touchpoints. This role supports the brand’s campaigns, seasonal initiatives, content needs, and day-to-day marketing creative with strong design execution, taste, and attention to detail. Reporting to the Art Director, this person works closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring approved concepts to life across digital, social, e-commerce, email, retail, paid media, PR, and internal channels. Beyond execution, the role also supports early-stage creative development through trend research, mood boards, visual references, campaign exploration, and junior-level art direction support. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong design fundamentals, a strong eye for fashion and culture, and the ambition to grow creatively within a fast-paced brand environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience supported by a strong portfolio.
  • 3–4 years of experience in graphic design within a creative, marketing, fashion, retail, or brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, branding, digital design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working across both digital and print formats.
  • Experience with campaign execution, content development, email, social, or e-commerce design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to art direction, concept development, mood boarding, or campaign ideation is an asset.
  • Fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, or youth-culture brand experience is an asset.
  • Experience designing for Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce and email marketing platforms is an asset.
  • Strong design fundamentals with a developing creative point of view.
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, composition, image selection, and brand storytelling.
  • Curious, fashion-aware, and engaged with culture, social media, and visual trends.
  • Knowledge of Figma, motion, video editing, or AI creative tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop graphic design assets across digital, social, e-commerce, email, retail, PR, paid media, and internal materials.
  • Translate approved creative concepts and art direction into polished, on-brand visual outputs.
  • Create assets in required formats, sizes, specifications, and production standards.
  • Support campaign launches, seasonal edits, product stories, promotional moments, and ongoing content initiatives.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital production files.
  • Design presentations, internal decks, campaign recaps, and branded materials as required.
  • Maintain consistency across all touchpoints while adapting creative to different channels and formats.
  • Ensure all work meets brand standards, quality expectations, timelines, and business needs.
  • Support junior-level art direction including trend research, mood boards, visual references, creative territories, and exploratory concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for campaigns, shoots, content, retail moments, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director and broader creative team throughout the creative process.
  • Bring a strong awareness of fashion, culture, youth trends, social media, and emerging visual language.
  • Incorporate feedback effectively and continue developing creative, conceptual, and technical skills.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Digital, E-commerce, Retail, and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Call It Spring visual identity while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
