We’re looking for a versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual experiences across a variety of mediums. This role is intentionally broad: you might be designing for digital campaigns, print materials, brand moments, or something entirely new. You’ll partner with teams across the organization to bring concepts to life—from early brainstorming through final execution. The right person is both a strong conceptual thinker and a thoughtful craftsperson, with a solid understanding of branding and the flexibility to adapt style, tone, and layout depending on the project. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, range, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • A keen eye for visual composition, typography, and layout
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset
  • Foundational understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
  • Familiarity with web design principles and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • Photography and/or photo editing skills
  • A curiosity-driven mindset and a desire to keep learning and expanding your creative toolkit

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts by interpreting ideas, goals, and project requirements
  • Design and produce a wide range of visual assets across print and digital platforms
  • Translate concepts into thoughtful layouts, typography, and visual systems
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, web, and beyond) to bring ideas to life
  • Prepare and deliver polished, production-ready files using industry-standard tools
  • Partner with external vendors, printers, and creative partners when needed
  • Continuously refine designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality, impactful outcomes
  • Contribute to the evolution and consistency of BETA’s visual brand
