About The Position

Workstream is seeking a Brand Designer to execute high-quality design work across marketing and sales channels while helping manage incoming design requests. This role contributes to project scoping and coordination, with a primary focus on delivering strong visual assets and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Brand Designer will own the design function as a strategic partner to the business, shaping how design projects are scoped, prioritized, and executed. They will act as a consultant to internal teams, guiding stakeholders on visual communication approaches. This role also leads brand systems, manages design operations, and mentors other designers or contractors. The ideal candidate is developing skills in project management and cross-functional collaboration, and is gaining confidence in acting as a strategic design partner. This role follows a 4-day in-office setup for close collaboration with the marketing team and cross-functional partners. This is a contract position with potential to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets across marketing and sales channels, including sales decks and enablement materials, website graphics and landing page visuals, campaign assets, datasheets and product marketing materials, and social and digital marketing graphics.
  • Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Participate in the intake process for design requests.
  • Clarify project details such as timelines, formats, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Help track multiple design projects and deadlines.
  • Coordinate work with a part-time contractor when needed.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with expectations.
  • Apply brand guidelines across marketing materials.
  • Maintain templates and reusable design assets.
