About The Position

The Grader Operator 2 is responsible for palletizing, denesting, and managing product flow from denesting through processing and out of the cooler. This role ensures product accuracy, monitors equipment, and coordinates with quality and regulatory partners. General hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the denester team during product changes to ensure readiness and accuracy.
• Monitor grader machines and report or address operational issues as needed.
• Verify the correct egg type and packaging throughout production.
• Print and manage palletizing labels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Train new team members.
• Communicate regularly with department leads.
• Work in multiple areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
