About The Position

The PAWS Grader is responsible for accurately grading feet/paws, bagging paws, and stacking and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. The employee will cross-train to learn all jobs within the department. This role is based at the Broadway Processing Plant and is assigned to the second shift.

The position requires working in a hot and wet environment and collaborating effectively with management and fellow employees. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.

Requirements

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a hot and wet environment.
• Ability to work well with management and fellow employees as a team player and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent attendance and work record.
• Ability to lift and stack up to 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
