About The Position

The Grader Operator 2 is responsible for palletizing, denesting, and managing product flow from denesting through processing and out of the cooler. The role ensures product accuracy, monitors equipment, and coordinates with quality and regulatory partners. The operator works across multiple areas and maintains a clean, safe work area by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the denester team during product changes to ensure readiness and accuracy.
• Monitor grader machines and report or address operational issues as needed.
• Verify the correct egg type and packaging throughout production.
• Print and manage palletizing labels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Train new team members.
• Communicate with department leads.
• Work in multiple areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following GMPs, safety procedures, and wearing required PPE.
