About The Position

The OPS Government Operations Consultant II, working title RHTP Data Analyst, serves as a mid-level data analyst for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), a five-year Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) cooperative agreement supporting rural health initiatives across Florida’s four Super Regions. The position reviews, validates, analyzes, and compiles sub-awardee data to support accurate program monitoring, grant oversight, and federal reporting. The position reports directly to the RHTP Deputy Director and receives assignments from both the Deputy Director and the Data Base Consultant. The position is 100% grant-funded under the RHTP. Funding is currently approved for five years (2026–2031), and continuation depends on renewal or extension of grant funding. A good attendance record is essential; the employee is expected to report to work daily and on time, and leave must be requested in advance except in emergencies.
