About The Position

The part-time OPS Government Analyst I performs professional and administrative work for the Financial Management Program and Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP), under the direction of the Operations & Management Consultant Manager. The role is based in Tallahassee, Florida, and requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Duties include entering invoices in Ariba on Demand (AOD) and the Storage Tank Contamination Monitoring Database (STCM), uploading documentation to Oculus/LaserFiche, making STCM adjustments to match AOD, researching purchase order payments and balances in AOD, and completing other assigned duties and projects.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.
• Ability to organize data into a logical format for reports, documents, and other materials.
• Ability to use problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to learn computer software programs.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• High school diploma or GED, or a combination of post-secondary education or verifiable related experience totaling two years.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into Ariba on Demand (AOD) and the Storage Tank Contamination Monitoring Database (STCM).

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
